* 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 8 slices of Swiss cheese
* 2 cans Cream of Chicken
* 1/4 c. water
* 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix, cooked
* 1/3 c. melted butter
Place chicken in a baking dish. Place 1 slice of cheese over each piece of chicken. Mix soup & water, and pour over chicken. Cover with stuffing mix. Evenly drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for about 1 hour, or until chicken is done.

We had this for dinner tonight & it was good!! You could add green beans, or just about any vegetable & it would be great!! This would be perfect for Thanksgiving left-overs!!
