Picky Palate **
* 1 3/4 c. flour
* 1 1/4 c. cocoa powder
* 1 c. white sugar
* 3/4 c. brown sugar
* 2 tsp. baking soda
* 1 c. butter
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1/4 tsp. salt
* 2 c. white chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheet. (Or use a silpat or parchment.)
In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. Add the salt and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa and soda; gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 min. until fluffy but still soft. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 min. before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
